I spent the weekend up in Thames and attended a two-day ConTact C.A.R.E course with the wonderful Dale Speedy and Kym Summers - and I had such a brilliant time that the only photos I took were at the beach after our Saturday session!

The Foundation Course was inspiring and invigorating and an excellent reminder of the truly great work that can be done with this modality.

I'm back in the clinic on Wednesday, a gentle reminder that there are 10 weeks left this term and my clinic days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

This year is absolutely zooming on by, with Spring a couple of weeks away and then daylight savings a week after that, Christmas will be here before we know it!

With that in mind, I thought it would be a good time to remind you that my set clinic weeks are based on the school terms, so that I can be home with my little ones during the holidays.

I will be working Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the rest of this year, with the odd Saturday clinic when life allows that.

I have seven available appointments left this term, all on the 16th and 17th of September.

I am already taking bookings for Term 4, which begins Ocotber 6th.

These are two messages I've received from clients I treated yesterday ✨️

One, a busy mama with two little ones who has had hip pain for more than three years.

The other, a 6 year old child with an injury.
