Close to 2000 people are diagnosed with brain cancer in Australia each year.

Treatment for brain cancer depends on the type and location of the tumour, the stage of the disease, the severity of symptoms and the person’s general health.

Radiation therapy can be used to treat some brain cancers alongside other treatment options.
