Our company comes from humble beginnings, as most Kiwi companies do. Our founders (a husband and wife team) spotted Solatube Skylights at an Australian convention and knew that New Zealanders would want to lighten up their worlds too. 25 years later, there are thousands of Solatube Daylighting Systems in homes all over New Zealand. Even though we’ve grown, our humble, family-style culture hasn’t changed – nor has our goal of helping Kiwis feel happier in their homes. The start of a longterm partnership. Solatube is trading under Just Life Group, a New Zealand owned company that’s listed on the NZX. This gives us the scale and business know-how to help us achieve our ultimate goal: a Solatube Skylight (or several) brightening up every Kiwi home. Just Life Group is majority owned by Kiwi businessman, Tony Falkenstein, who has literally written the book on business in New Zealand. Like us, he’s a big believer in staying Kiwi owned too.
