The question is simple, but the answer is often more complex. Even though we want to follow our dreams, what we actually end up doing, with our time, our energy, our finances, are not always the same thing. Life events get in the way, and other things take priority. One by one, life's distraction get in the way, and push your dreams further down the list of things to do

Most people choose a series of 90 minutes consultations, but there are also 75 minutes and 60 minutes consultations available too, to suit your needs. My availability is not restricted by your office hours either, as I offer evening and weekend consultations at Petone Community House plus online consultations via Zoom.

We know that December is a frantic time for so many of you. With the holidays coming up, there's the usual end-of-year rush to complete all your work before you down tools for family time.

It can be a stressful time, yes, but the holidays also mean you have time off work. I have a name for that - I call it YOU TIME!

YOU TIME is very important, because often it's difficult to get when you're working!

My plan is to be there for you, for when you need me to be

Make a list!

Lists have power, because they help us to organise our thoughts, our priorities and our work. They act as reminders

You don't have to believe me, just look around and you will see the evidence;

* History is a list of dates
* Calendars list the months and days
* Your diary lists your appointments
* You get emails from someone's list
* You send offers out to your client list

Lists give energy and we enthusiastically tick things off the list

* To Do Lists e.g. "Buy bread and milk"
* To Don't Lists e.g. "Don't forget eggs"
* Lists to be on e.g. Short list for jobs
* Lists to not be on e.g. Blacklist

Without a list we may lack direction, enthusiasm or energy for the task ahead; Which is what listless means!
