Same but different — my breakfast mantra.

Let’s be real — mornings are busy. I don’t want to think about breakfast. I want to eat it, feel nourished, and move on.

That’s why I keep it simple:
Chia + mixed seed pudding with yoghurt + fruit 🍓

My journey took me from REIKI, to Massage and Reflexology, and finally to Health Coaching. My love for natural food was fostered early on: my stepdad, struggling with his health issues, would often read the newest research and experiment with diets.
In my twenties, as I learned to care for my own health, I realized that food isn’t everything. I became conscious of how stress, relationships, exercise, sleep and more all influence our gut. Massage and reflexology opened up a new world for me.
Later on, when I had my own kids, I learned how important a holistic conception of health is for people of all ages. My education as a health coach gave me the foundation I needed to combine these different disciplines, and make helping others my life’s work.
I specialise in working with parents and families.
I know first hand how busy life can get when you’re trying to fit everything in. Work, after school activities, exercise, healthy meals: the list goes on. My husband and I have two boys, of whom one has special needs and one is twice exceptional. I specialize in working with families like mine; families for whom healthy living is paramount.
Based on my experience and research, I believe that children's nutrition influences their behaviour and development. Their ability to stay focused, to concentrate, to feel comfortable in their bodies has everything to do with what they eat. Gut health, often considered a minor annoyance, has enormous effects on our quality of life.
But it’s not only about your children. As parents, we excel at managing everyday life for our children, but we sometimes forget to take care of our own needs. Your health effects your children’s, and we can find ways to manage it together.
I am passionate about restoring the functional and structural integrity of the body.
I have expertise with clients who are recovering from accidents, injuries and chronic pain; but anyone, at any age, can benefit from improved posture. I believe in taking a holistic approach and focusing on root causes.
