✨ MATARIKI and SOLSTICE ✨

The long weekend marks a significant time for an energy shift, with both the winter solstice and Matariki observed .

We'll be honoring this in the studio with two offerings:

✨ MATARIKI FLOW✨: a specially designed, all levels yoga flow journey through the Matariki constellation, ending with a gentle opportunity for reflection: Fri 20th June, 9:30am.

AND

🌅 SOLSTICE YIN AND RESTORE 🌅: a blissful extended 75 min session, honouring the shifting energy of the solstice with a grounding yin practice, followed by a deeply healing restorative sequence: Sunday 22nd June 4:30pm.
