New Moon Reflection will take you on a year-long yogic journey of reflection, discovery, peace, and wellness.

Every new moon in 2026, experience a specially tailored meditation, a gentle yoga practice, connection to your breath and a reflective guided journalling session in your own custom journal, all in our purpose built studio in the trees overlooking Mana Island.

All props provided, suitable for all levels.
