Unfollow every wellness influencer that paints a perfect picture of themselves as this healed, floaty, flawless creature and makes you feel like you're not 'doing it right'. Right now.

Because it's bullsh*t.

Your journey, your healing, your algorhythm... it needs to ooze honesty.

Healing requires us to look inwards.

Healing asks us to befriend our shadows...
- The people pleasing part that keeps committing to too much and absorbing other peoples emotions
- The jealous part that compares you to others and tells you you're not doing well enough for your age
- The perfectionist part that apologises to guests because your house is lived in

Healing is a bit messy. Certainly non-linear. A bit stick and painful at times. Also quite liberating and beautiful at others. But certainly not perfect.
