Over the next few weeks, you may notice a flyer arriving in your mailbox 📫. We realized that many people still don’t know about Vistara – our yoga and meditation centre nestled in the heart of this beautiful valley.

To share our space more widely, we’ve created this flyer to invite you to join us for our community yoga classes and events.

✨ Community Yoga at Vistara
Every Friday at 10:30am we gather in the peaceful yoga barn for a gentle yet deeply nourishing practice. These donation-based classes are open to everyone—no experience needed. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, I’ll be happy to support you with any modifications you may need.

Yoga has been my life-long passion, and I warmly invite you to come experience its many benefits for body, mind, and spirit.
