Todays full moon brings some good news!
I'm excited to share that Light Within Wellness will be moving to Māpua in a few weeks!
Papers signed today🙌
The ocean is calling🌊🩵
This beautiful view is just steps away from my new office space and home so you can tie in your massage with a swim or paddle at Grossi Point or enjoy what Māpua has to offer before or after your session.

Light Within Wellness has been based in Motueka since 2020 and it's now time for a change. Life is asking me to upgrade at the moment and I am listening! 🎶 ✨
️Thankfully it's only 20mins away 🤭

Sessions booked from March 24th onwards will be in the new office space in Māpua.
Looking forward to being of service in a new community!

I'm so glad to be back in my office today doing sessions as I've been off sick for nearly 2 weeks and what a relief to feel alive again! And to be able to give again. Phew! It's such medicine for my soul to share this work.

I've had one of those days when I feel I should be paying my clients instead of them paying me! That's a lovely feeling and I know it's a good sign that I'm still currently in the right career 😊

Winter sickness finally got the best of me! I was knocked down hard yesterday and had to take today off unfortunately, but thankfully I could at least do some background work while I heal up...Laundry! A must-do.
I sometimes wonder, in the 18 or 19 years of doing massages HOW MANY SHEETS have I washed and dried?!
A bazillion. That's how many.
Strangely, I still enjoy the process.
Especially on a winters day with cool fresh air doing all the work.

Stay healthy out there my friends, and enjoy this incredibly beautiful time of the year when little buds are budding all around, promising the burst of new life for our eyes to relish in.
I'm grateful for these final winter days 🙏 😇

I thought I'd share a little reminder that I'm not at 354 High St anymore (had a mishap that reminded me to share here once again where I am located!)
Light Within Wellness is located at Shalom House at 20 Tudor St in Motueka. It's a lovely wee office space to flow in.
You can find me here on Tuesdays and Fridays and the odd other days when I can.

I share the room with a lovely Osteopath, Bryony Richardson (who does much more than Osteopathy!) and very grateful for our connection in the space together. There are also a number of other practitioners in the office throughout the week, a Chiropractor, Physiotherapists, and other Massage Therapists too. It's nice to be in a casual yet professional office space where we all focus on caring for these miraculous vessels we walk around in each day...

I have a full day of clients tomorrow and off to help support our monthly dance in Motueka, Dance Temple. Will share more about that another time for anyone that's interested in having a space to release some tension and connect in with Self and Community through movement - One of my happy places and spaces in life

Hi Everyone👋
I'm back in Tasman Bay and started back at sessions this week so please don't hesitate to check in with me and book yourself a time when your body calls for a tune in/up! I was incredibly spoiled this week with homemade chocolates, cacao, fresh garden veggies, flowers and homemade turmeric juice! A beautiful entrance back into this wonderful community of special souls. I have the best clients 🥹🙏

Unfortunately, I didn't have time while I was in Canada to get an online booking system organized again for you all so bare with me while I put something in place. For now, txt/call messenger/whatsapp/email are all options until I streamline the process! I'm looking forward to that ;)

I'm also looking at adding another day for sessions in the near future (most likely Mondays or Thursdays) and the odd weekend too happens to work so reach out and let's find a time together.

Just a little reminder that I have 2 more weeks of working here in Motueka until I fly to my homelands in Canada for 6 weeks! So, if your body is needing some care and alignment, make sure to book in before June 13th, otherwise I'll be back in my office in August and continuing to provide Deep Flow Bodywork to my lovely community of clients and will hopefully have a new booking system sorted for you by then too - Goals while away!
