Hi,
We are looking to hire a part time receptionist.
The job is going to be one day a week on Tuesday, 8am to 5pm.
There may be opportunity to increase to 3 days per week in the next 12 months depending on personnel movement.
Applicant should have Medical Reception experience and familiar with MedTech Evolution PMS.

Our fees was due to be adjusted on 1st July 2025. We have however delayed this.

The new fees will come into effect on 5th Jan 2026.

Christmas and New Year Break

Microsoft single handedly created a huge tsunami of e waste by not supporting Windows 10 from 14/10/2025.

I have to replace 14 perfectly working Windows 10 PC at my clinic because it was deemed too old to be upgraded to Windows 11.

Her template will be opened up one week in advance and she will just be doing phone consultation for now.

For the week of 1/9/2025, she will be working on Tuesday and Thursday in the morning only.

Hi,

I hear it often: “That’s not good enough.”

I know it’s not good enough when we don’t have enough doctors to offer the appointments you need.

I know it’s not good enough when no one is free to step in for a sick doctor.

I know it’s not good enough when there’s no locum available so a doctor can take much-needed time off.

Every “not good enough” is an unmet expectation.

Every “not good enough” feels like a cut to my heart.

We are doing our best with what we have, but I share your disappointment that, right now, our best is sometimes still not good enough.

We will keep trying.
