Today’s Transformation Message
✨ Strength ✨
Most people think strength is about control.
Holding it together.
Not reacting.
Not letting your emotions get the better of you.
And to a degree… that is strength.
That’s the surface level of it.
The kind of strength that helps you move through life.
But the root of your strength goes deeper than that.
If your strength is built on a foundation of telling yourself things like
“don’t feel this way”
or
“It doesn’t make me feel good so I won’t pay it any attention”
That strength is just protection built from avoidance.
Real strength is built from being able to face what’s uncomfortable.
To sit with the parts of yourself you’d rather avoid.
The thoughts that don’t feel good.
The emotions that feel overwhelming.
The patterns you wish you didn’t have.
Real strength is built from walking up to your inner lion - your shadow, the parts of you that feel big, messy, and hard to face -and meeting it with love instead of force.
It’s just like the story of the mouse and the lion.
The lion looks scary. Loud. Aggressive.
But really… he’s just in pain. There’s a thorn in his paw.
And instead of running away, the mouse walks toward him.
He does the hard thing.
He faces what feels uncomfortable.
And he removes the thorn.
And in that moment, the lion softens. The lion becomes his friend.
That’s what this work is.
Your reactions, your triggers, your emotions are not something to shut down or control.
They’re something to understand and give them love, softness, compassion.
Your shadow isn’t something to control… it’s something to build a relationship with.
When you can hold space for all parts of yourself, that’s where unshakable strength is built from.
✨Today’s action step✨
Notice one thought, emotion, or story that comes up for you today.
Instead of pushing it away or judging yourself for it…
Just take a deep breath and say:
“I see you. I know this is painful. But I love you anyway.”
Let it be seen. Let it be held.
That is real strength.
If this resonates, this is exactly the kind of work I guide people through in my readings 🤍
