✨IMPORTANT UPDATE ✨
Change is a constant rhythm in the world right now—sometimes unexpected, sometimes deeply transformative. In the midst of it all, yoga offers us a steady anchor: a way to cultivate resilience, stay adaptable, and remain connected—to ourselves and to each other—in a real, embodied way. It reminds us that even as things shift, there is strength in presence and community.
With that spirit, I want to share an important update with you all.
Over the past 7 months, Nadi Wellness has been grateful to continue holding space for our community through the Queenstown Yoga Collective, based in the Assembly Room at Country Lane, Queenstown
After closing the doors to our Gorge Road premises in August 2025 after 14 years this space became a meaningful and supportive home for our continued practice, and I am deeply thankful to Country Lane for stepping in when it was needed most.
As the Assembly Room is now being repurposed for art workshops, this chapter is coming to a close. Our final day of classes at Country Lane will be 17th April.
With this transition, I’ve made the decision to carry the yoga forward under my own name: Sandi Murphy Yoga. Nadi Wellness will continue to be the foundation for this ever-evolving journey, and I’m excited for what is unfolding next.
I want to express heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us through this time of change—especially the Queenstown Yoga Collective teachers who have so generously collaborated, and to all of you, our students, who have embraced each transition with such grace.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to share our new locations:
✨ Te Atamira in Remarkables Park will become our base for daytime classes from 2nd May, offering a range of styles including Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Pregnancy Yoga, and Mums & Bubs Postnatal classes.
🌙 As evening space at Te Atamira is currently fully booked, I’ll be hosting a weekly Seniors chair yoga session followed by Yin Yoga at the St John’s Ambulance Conference Room.
Both venues offer parking and are part of a wider vision of community connection, service, and support.
There will be a two-week pause between locations (after 17th April), as I will be facilitating Module Two of my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training—an important step in the journey toward a 100 hour advanced training to be launched later this year.
l will continue offering private one-to-one and group yoga sessions, available in various locations as requested, as well as the upcoming Bali week retreat.
All props will continue to be provided where appropriate, and there will be some necessary tweaks to the schedule as we settle into the new spaces. I am currently exploring the best way forward with the booking system and all updates will be shared with you soon as clarity unfolds.
And importantly—all Queenstown Yoga Collective passes will continue to be honoured as we move forward.
Please feel free to sing out with any concerns or questions in the meantime.
I look forward to seeing you all in classes in the lead-up to our transition, and again as we gather in the new spaces.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Your presence, trust, and openness are what make this community so special.
With love & gratitude,
Sandi ❤️🙏
