⛳ Big week for our team!

Our sports chiro has just wrapped up working at the PGA Tour last week I’m AKL helping keep elite golfers moving, swinging, and performing at their best. From pre-round prep to recovery between rounds, it was an incredible experience supporting athletes competing at the highest level of the game.

Working alongside world-class practitioners and athletes is always a great opportunity to sharpen skills and bring new insights back to the clinic. We’re proud to have that same level of care, knowledge, and experience available right here with our community.

Hugo 🇮🇪, hailing from Cork, Ireland is a Sports Physiotherapist who helps people move, recover, and get back to the sports and activities they love.

He graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin and has worked in the High Performance Gym at University College Dublin and with the senior hurling team at Kilmacud Crokes, treating everyone from post surgical clients to competitive athletes.

Specialising in martial arts injuries, particularly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hugo offers sport specific assessments, structured rehab, and performance focused return to sparring plans.

As an active BJJ practitioner himself, he knows what it takes to get back on the mats stronger, more durable, and confident.
