We are excited to be offering a trial schedule for Term 1 in the new studio space with more group classes to come.
For now though I’ll be offering the one studio group session Tuesday evenings 6:30pm-7:30pm yogalates. This is a fusion class offering a mix of mobility, strength 🔥 flow & zen. This class is for everyone - there will be an opportunity for all students to extend themselves but work safely at their own pace.

Price - $160 for the term (8 sessions)

First-in-first serve. Lock in your spot now!

These sessions will be run in 8-week block You lock in your class at the beginning of the term with the option to pay upfront (with a 10% discount) or weekly.

We need at least 6 people for class to go ahead so book asap.

All classes are run as 8-week blocks during school term times.

There are still a couple of refomer spots available this term so if that’s your jam get in touch also.

Motivation, in comes & it goes…
What keeps me motivated is the passion to stay healthy for my little family 🤎 I’m more motivated then ever to be the best I can be for not just them but myself, finding that sweet balance and leaning into happiness always. I’m so excited to get my clients back on the beds and push them to find their best selves too, all while nurturing & honoring ourselves mindfully and physically ~ 2022 it’s going to be a winner ✨

✨ I’m so excited to update you all that from next week we will be back to offering some of our wonderful fusion evening classing. The new studio is on her way I promise but in the mean time we will be teaching our evening classes at the local Arrowtown cotter ave pre school.
These classes are $12 a person with a portion of this going straight to the pre school, some mats will be provided but we encourage you bring your own. Classes will be 6:30pm every Thursday (first class starting Thursday 12th of August) and our Tuesday evening will hopefully kick back off in a few weeks. To book your spot you will need to txt laura on 0274401122. This is an all levels class so very “Body” is welcome.
You can expect some laughs, with some zen mixed in with some spice.

Welcome to the Mini Nest ✨Whilst we are awaiting the build of our new Updated Nest I’m excited to be able to continue to offer bespoke reformer Pilates from our mini Nest. Same tailored, result driven boutique practice with yours truly just at a temporary location. She’s pretty cute 💜 .yoga

Hi friends, The Nest Wellness is working towards some exciting changes But there will be a transition stage for the next wee while and classes will be held at a temporary location ~ My private and semi privates will be held from our rental property until the gorgeous new nest is built and our Evening classes will be held at our local pre school on cotter ave, these classes will be a fusion of yoga & Pilates, they will be at 6:30pm and will be $12 a class with a portion of this donated from every client who attends straight to the pre school. The Thursday class will be up and running next term first class being Thursday the 5th of August and when the stars Align Jazz will be back for her Tuesday evening.
You will need to book these classes the week you would like to come as spaces will be limited. Thank you for all your support and loyalty, I absolutely love our tribe and am so excited for the what’s coming. Please continue to send any reformer Pilates inquires through I am getting full but still have a few weekly spots available. Her deep understanding and connection to her body is so impressive, making my job so much fun as we can get creative with her practice. The isolation that you can’t see going on and the connection to all the teny intricate details make the work so much deeper & stronger, absolute queen status Yoko 👌🏻
