Getting ready for some wonderful upcoming Sunday workshops at Nadi Wellness! As many know, Nadi Wellness has had some challenges the past couple of years with unexpected relocations. All the while, the fearless and committed Sandi Murphy has continued to make yoga and massage available in our community. Thus, to help raise funds to give Nadi a bit of TLC (such as a roll-up curtain for the large window and a heat pump) the team of yoga instructors will be hosting fundraising workshops/classes in April/May. Please support by booking a spot in one of the upcoming Sunday classes ($20). Or if you would like to donate in general, we would be grateful for any contribution.

Hello Inner Rhythm Folks! I have added a new class to my teaching schedule. Please join me outside the treatment room and on the mat for a Hatha Yoga class on Monday mornings at the new Yama Yoga studio (26 Hanson Road, Frankton. Right across from The Buzzstop Cafe.). Plenty of free parking. And great intro deals to kick start the opening! Please come and explore this beautiful new space and the wonderful teachers. Asheville and WNC Tribe: There are a couple spots still open for the end of November for pro bono online energy healing sessions for those processing the affects of Hurricane Helene. Folks have shared that these sessions help them feel more grounded and in their body, ready to continue processing the "new normal" that is arising in the WNC area. I know this is a journey and continue to send my love and peace to you all. Please keep taking good care of yourselves and DM me if you are interested.
