MAX REPS double dumbbell thrusters in 2 minutes 😳
Swipe to end for demo video!! 👉

Goal: as many reps as you possibly can of double db thrusters within a 2-minutes block. You can break as often as you’d like but the aim is to hold on! 😤

Rules: must be a squat into an overhead press. If you struggle with squat depth come and chat to the coaching staff to give you some pointers 💪

✅ Scaling options (M/F weights):
Adv: 15kg M / 10kg F
Int: 12.5kg M / 8kg F
Scaled: 10kg M / 6kg F
