About Fierce Grace
Fierce Grace is an integrated 8-class yoga system, with core poses that run throughout each class bringing safety and progression but with over 170 poses to move the body in every way possible. Each class has a different emphasis and mood. Some days we don't have much time, others we want a challenge, or a slower, deeper class for when we are burned out. The FG classes are designed to offer all the freedom to develop our yoga practice with a choice of classes that we can self-prescribe to our mood, fitness, energy levels and goals, all within an integrated system. Fierce Grace is combination of Ashtanga, Classical Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Power Yoga, HIIT, Super Slow wisdom, Kundalini and Barre all blended together to work every square inch of the body, get you super fit, toned and develop breath awareness, focus and meditation.
