Master it Mondays: Prone Tricep Extension ✨

The triceps do more than shape the arms - they help stabilise the shoulders and support the neck.

Poppy demonstrates how to perform this reformer exercise and explains what you should be feeling.

Key Focus:
• Engage the glutes to lengthen legs into full extension (glute engagement helps support the lower back)
• Swing arms back to hip height
• Keep elbows tucked close to the sides so the work stays in the tricep

We’re kicking off the Queenstown Social Club series with movement, gut health, and some actual real human connection.

Mat Pilates at Align, a naturopathic talk on how your digestion affects everything (energy, mood, hormones, recovery), afternoon tea provided, and good company.
