Do you hate the sound of your alarm clock?
Do you struggle to fall asleep or wake during the night unable to go back to sleep?
Are you dependent on a coffee in the morning to get you going?
Or worse are you dependent on medication to fall asleep?

Some people think that trouble with maintaining deep sleep is inevitable as you age, stuck in a cycle of feeling exhausted during the day, and being fully awake by evening.

SLEEP ISSUES ARE NOT INEVITABLE AS YOU AGE, BUT AGEING IS INEVITABLE IF YOU HAVE SLEEP ISSUES:
- dark circles under your eyes
- lack of motivation & energy
- hormone imbalance & low libido
- anxiety
- brain fog

Vital rejuvenation happens when we sleep. Many people focus on 8 hours and think midnight til 8am is fine; however two hours of sleep before midnight is worth four after.

If you want to wake refreshed, and need help to adjust your circadian rhythm to get those precious hours before midnight, send me a message.
