'Tis the busy season. Christmas in Raglan... A lot of people love it. Please book in (tomorrow's 9am class is almost booked full already!), arrive early (give yourself plenty of time for parking) and if your plans change or you are unable to attend please cancel your booking. We just want everyone to be able to get their chill time on the mat. Love a busy small town vibe for Xmas!

New class and teacher alert! Meet Holly - bringing Thursday night 6pm Vinyasa back to your weekly practice. Holly is a passionate yogi, professional dancer, choreographer, and somatic movement facilitator. She is deeply inspired by the transformative power of yoga, the wisdom of yogic philosophy and how it supports our hauora, and brings us together in community. In her classes, she encourages practitioners to follow their own journey, honouring their unique body, mind, spirit, and lived experience. Her dance background informs a sense of rhythm and flow, combining somatic and bio mechanical cues to ensure safe practice.

Our summer timetable starts on Monday, and has more offerings to build a regular practice. Our 7:30am morning classes are now offered three days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And another Gentle class is on the timetable because it's so essential to slow down in the busy season - Tuesdays at 6pm now offered so you can have a Gentle practice three times a week. This is also a great class for beginners. Vinyasa is coming back to Thursday evenings with a new teacher, Holly Finch. If you haven't met any of the newer teachers, check out their bios on our website. Keep an eye on our timetable for weekend teachers and to book in.
