I have over 15 years of hands-on experience and a Level 6 qualification, I offer a truly bespoke massage experience, tailored to meet your unique needs—whether you’re seeking targeted therapeutic relief or deep, restorative relaxation.

I specialize in a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. My work includes combination Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy massage. Whether you’re looking to relax, recover from an injury, improve athletic performance, or support your body during pregnancy, I customize each session to help you feel your best.

My diverse massage career has taken me from clinical settings and luxury spas to private yachts and my own thriving home-based studio. These experiences have shaped my holistic, client-focused approach, blending technical precision with genuine care. Each treatment is designed not just to ease tension and pain, but to support your overall wellbeing—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Now settled into my new space, I’m excited to reconnect with former clients and warmly welcome new faces to my practice. *BIG NEWS*

For those locals who have driven out to the bay recently you have probably seen a sold sign on our house.

Yes, we are moving! Haven massage will still be operating from Wainui road until the end of July and then there may be a small cross over time in August whilst I set up a new space.

To all the lovely clients who visited me in this haven massage space, with this beautiful view, I thank you. I’m going to miss this view too 😅🙏

Haven Massage Therapys doors are open again ❤️

The next 2 weeks are quite full whilst I get through the list of lovely people who missed out during lockdown and my wonderful and supportive regulars.

I also have beautiful vouchers available as we head toward the festive season.

As we all have experienced, in one way or another, this year has brought many things. I just want to express my heartfelt thanks to all those people out there supporting small local business through challenging times ❤️

Touch is the first of the senses to develop as babies and it remains perhaps the most emotionally central throughout our Lives. Of our five senses, touch is often the one we take for granted. Science has only begun to understand the highly complex system of nerves, sensors and receptors that link our skin and brain to our environment and the people around us.

Massage can be a powerful tool to help relieve many musculoskeletal issues but also to help ground and calm, Benefiting the body and the mind.

Hi Haven Massage Community.

I've just had the feeling of wanting to connect in. Its a strange time for everyone and as a therapist it feels really strange to not be offering my practice. I realise over the years it really has become part of who i am. Someone who wants to assist the process of healing, connect with therapeutic touch and offer up a healing sanctuary to those who choose.
