I have shared promising research on this herb before and feel certain that during my travels to India to attend a retreat as the Pandemic was officially announced.... that it was this herb which I was taking to prevent malaria, also protected me from Covid whilst being surrounded by many people from around the world's Covid 'hotspots'

Citrus fruit are an abundant source of Quercetin and results of study in treating early stages of Covid revealed a 'reduction in frequency and length of hospitalization, in need of non-invasive oxygen therapy, in progression to intensive care units and in number of deaths.
