Hello everyone, I want to share with you my battle with menopause. I started around the age of 52 and was happy to go on hormone replacement therapy, that was amazing, kept the night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings at bay. Roll on 10 years and doc said, Rae its time you came off those - Really? so I tried, after about 2 weeks I noticed the ole symptoms roll back in.

The night sweats seemed to be worse, I was dripping even in the winter months, blankets on blankets off all night long, during the day the hot flashes lit my face, neck up like a bloody tomato lol.
