Come and learn how to practice simple meditation techniques that are based on Self-inquiry Meditation from system Yoga in Daily Life. In this course you will learn the basics that could lead you into a daily meditation practice at home after the course is completed. Beside this, we gain the company of other meditators and benefit from the collective energy of Sangha.
Every session includes a theoretical part that is around 30min long, followed by up to 30min meditation sessions.
This course is offered in-person or as an online course.
