🪶 Tēnā rā koutou e te whānau,

🙏 Aroha mai, we sincerely apologise for the short-notice cancellation of our Poua Rā Rongoa Whakaora – Open Healing Day, scheduled for Friday 1st May.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver the day as planned.

✨ In place of this, we will be offering 10 appointment slots with our two available Pou Rongoa.
We understand many of you were looking forward to this day, and we truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Join us for a trauma‑sensitive, community wellbeing programme for all ages and bodies, grounded in breath, movement, reflection, and connection.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their own bodies and move at their own pace.
You’re welcome to pause, restart, or rejoin whenever you feel ready.

This programme is designed to be safe, gentle, flexible, and participant‑led.
