I love this. Looking for the glimmers in life has changed my thinking from having big unrealistic expectations and being regularly disappointed, to appreciating and being grateful for the smallest things that are already there in front of me everyday thus feeling gratitude and fulfilment.

Grateful for another day of just being alive💜💜And especially that it's a Saturday morning and I"m not working!

The art of giving. Giving with no reason. And not expecting anything back. It fills my spiritual cup up even with the smallest gesture. It why I love the Coast. This Community is amazing. Full of caring, giving people.

I just want to express my gratitude as over the past few days it has been my turn to be the reciever. I am feeling so blessed.

I was made beautiful mini garden in a recycled bag, given lemons and grapefruit. Today my lovely friend Tania Collins brought over a candle from her Daisy range Coast wick and wax Blue Lotus. It smells amazing, and then she gave me an amazing massage. Im practically floating.

SORRY all booked out this weekend🤗

I am a fully qualified massage threrapist. Every second Sunday I pop over to Orewa House and use a lovely space to massage a few lucky clients. This week I have two spaces left at 12.00 pm. I offer one hour or 90 minunte sessions of relaxation massage combine with myofascial release, lots of deeper work on focus areas and a completely blissful experience.
