I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be teaching Hot Yoga classes at Forme Fitness — Richmond’s brand new, women’s-only gym! 💪🧘‍♀️

Hot Yoga is such a beautiful way to release tension, build strength, and reconnect with your body. The gentle heat supports deep stretching, encourages detoxification, and leaves you feeling grounded, calm, and empowered.

Hello friends! I have been asked if I will be running weekly yoga classes and at this stage I haven’t got anything booked in.

I will be running longer yoga sessions - such as this Sundays Flow and Restore, perhaps once a month, so keep an eye out!

Thank you to everyone who has been attending my classes the last 18 months, hopefully I’ll see you in one of my special sessions soon!

Hello ! I thought I'd pop in a wee update as I've been bumping into a few of you lately, at dance classes , the supermarket and shoe shops 😉!

As my yoga students from last year are aware, I have taken a step back from teaching this term and instead I've been practising what I teach, and focusing on my own health and wellbeing. I have been trying something new just about every week - which is pushing me outside of my comfort zone! I am making new friends and having a blast, even if sometimes I feel abit like a duck out of water 🦆

I do miss you all and I miss teaching! Over the next few months I'm going to be taking some longer sessions, starting Sunday 6 April. Its going to be a glorious 2 hours of gentle flow, holding poses for slightly longer, then a lovely yoga nidra/shavasana/relaxation at the end.
