Our kitchen hand position has now been closed and we are not taking any more registrations of interest. We have had a very positive response and thank all for their interest. If you have registered your interest and have received our application forms and position description, we will be completing the short list process in the next day or so and will make contact if we are going to proceed with the next step for you.

This is a beautiful addition to our walls at Oakwoods at the moment. It is just one of a number of pieces made by a Village Resident and we are lucky to be able to enjoy it for a few days in our main centre. This is a latch hook piece that will have taken many hours - and lots of patience.

Our pre Christmas Market is coming up fast. FRIDAY 15TH NOVEMBER between 9 and 12 noon. All welcome to come along for some Christmas Shopping.

A group of our folk went out for afternoon tea to Harbour Light Bistro - Nelson yesterday. What a great visit it was for them. The team there went to some trouble to accommodate us in every way and I hear the afternoon tea was delicious. Our thanks to all at Harbour Light Bistro - we will be back soon for sure. 🥰
