Rolleston Central Health is a premium medical practice proudly serving the Rolleston community since 2014.
Rolleston Central Health is looking for a casual medical receptionist to start covering shifts straight away.
He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role
Rolleston Central Health is open 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-12 on Saturdays.
Shifts will be 6-8 hours (usually)
You will be needed to cover sickness, annual leave and any gaps in our rosters - usually with a few days notice
We will try to make work as reliable as possible, with plenty of shifts available to cover if you're keen!
There may be the possibility of future permanent employment for the right candidate
Experience is preferred as we need the ideal candidate to be able to hit the ground running, but all necessary training will be provided - if you are reliable, flexible with your availability and a quick learner then we want to hear from you!
You will work closely alongside our doctor, nurse, healthcare assistant and admin team performing a variety of reception and administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our patients, experience working with people of a variety of ages and backgrounds in a friendly, calm and empathetic manner is essential.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
Previous experience with office systems such as managing telephone inquiries, taking payments, email, scanning and photocopying.
You must be computer literate, learn new systems quickly and be accurate and able to show attention to detail.
Reliable, flexible and professional in manner and appearance.
Friendly, positive and upbeat personalities are a must.
Your superpower is the ability to work under pressure!
All applicants must have a valid Residency Visa or Citizenship.
