Our first block of classes kicks off April 20th ❤️

Monday's 10.30 at O Studio in Rolleston,
Wednesday's 11am at the Springston Domain club rooms.

Classes are roughly an hour with a bit of an overlap for changes and feeding when needed. Please note you will need to be a minimum of 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post c-section.

Pricing will be as follows:

Monday - upfront payment $90 (6 classes), or pay weekly via direct debit $15.55
Wednesday - upfront payment $120 (8 classes), or pay weekly via direct debit $15.55

Both Monday and Wednesday classes - upfront payment of $200 (14 classes), or pay weekly via direct debit $25.65
