Happy 1st of December!

Just popping on to let you know I've now loaded the classes for December for those who are keen to keep training over summer. this coming week is my last super busy week of the year, and then I will be a lot more free to be able to incorporate some pop-up classes in different times and on different days for those who have shown interest.

Hey everyone.

Unfortunately the Sisu Pilates Instagram account was recently hacked and subsequently deleted. I worked over the weekend to try to recover it but couldn't. 😑
I will have to completely start over again by the looks of it, hence why I havnt posted recently.

Coming in to the end of the year, my day job has also gotten a little unpredictable and chaotic. I am off to Blenheim first thing tomorrow for a night, so when I am back on Thursday morning I will load up classes for the remainder of the year.
