How often should do a massage?
👍For people without some chronic problems.
To get the most out of your massage, it is recommended that you get them once per week or at least one massage every couple of weeks. Doing so can help keep your muscles relaxed and healthy. Additionally, it can help reduce the risk of injury and improve your overall well-being.
👍For people whit chronic pain and back problems.
It’s recommended that those suffering from chronic pain get 8-10 treatments (every day or every second day) and when the condition is improved, a massage every 3-4 weeks at least would be ideal for maintenance.
