As some of you would know, I injured my shoulder at the end of May. An initial tendon tear was diagnosed which required surgical repair. After a long battle with ACC and finally an MRI, the damage is so much worse. It's is now considered a complex shoulder injury (all illustrated in the picture) and I will be having surgery on the 15th of January, followed by a very lengthy recovery and rehabilitation.

Thank you to those who continued to support me through this time 🤗 every word of encouragement, every hug helped me through the last few months. I will be closing my doors on Jan 13th and be the patient for a change 🙄

There are still appointments available today, Wed, Thu and Fri 😁 i will be working right up to Christmas and most likely in-between Christmas and New Years depending on demand 😉

Sometimes even the therapist is broken 🥴 As some will know, I tore a rotator cuff tendon at the end of May. While battling ACC to approve surgery, I'll still soldier on and offer a few appts a week. If you would like an appt and and a few niggles addressed, get in touch 😊 021 1070 602
