Yesterday was one of those days where everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I was so overwhelmed and stressed that I found myself moving at a thousand miles an hour and getting nowhere. So today I took most of the day getting my hands in the earth and grounding. I talked it all out, to my MANY little lavender cuttings, until there was nothing but resolution and peace in my being. My empty cup is now refilled and I’m ready to serve once again.

Self-love doesn’t look the same for everyone. For me it’s this… reconnecting to the source and remembering my purpose. Figure out what it looks like for you and hold space for it 🧡

This week has been hectic and I’d just like to take a moment to apologise for the last minute cancellations! It’s very rare for me to cancel clients but this week I’ve cancelled a lot of you, I am very sorry. My best bud Zen has been sick. He’s allergic to some unknown thing and it is escalating rapidly. Lots of vet trips and experimenting with ways to ease his pain. Nothing seems to be working. His well-being is my priority right now but I will reschedule you all as soon as possible.

Kia Ora friends! Hope everyone had a magical Easter 🐣🧡

Quick announcement: I’m currently training to be a doula! By the end of this year that will be an additional service I will offer, alongside sound baths and energy healing. It felt like a very natural progression for me and I love the new learning. ✨🌺

I look forward to being of service to any people out there on the birthing journey! 😍
