Classes begin again this week ✨
Tuesday: 5:30–6:45 pm
Wednesday: 6:00–7:30 pm
Friday: 10:30–12:00 noon
This term I will invite you to methodically and appropriately explore movement — in depth. We will develop body awareness, stability, and mobility as well as optimise our posture to breathe well. Getting good at the basics, the perfect time to start or re-start a practice with me.
This kind of connection to the body has to be earned, so we work hard at times. But we also rest and feel too, because that’s where the learning lands embodied. It’s so exciting — I hope you’ll come along!
