Duration - 10 weeks

🌞 Thursdays, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
🌿 Fridays, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (9 weeks only, no class October 20th)
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to personalise your term to align better with your schedule. Whether you have specific dates when you won't be available, or if you'd like to explore options like splitting payments, please inform me. Your needs are important to me, and I will make every effort to accommodate them. Casual spaces will be open once the term starts, and it's good to know that these spaces come with a slightly higher fee compared to the term price per class.
Never been to class before? Welcome! I'm stoked you’re interested in my classes. Your first class is on the house! Just let me know which date/time suits you best. Or, if you’re feeling adventurous and ready to dive in, you can sign up for a class for the entire term with 10% off, please use code NEWBIE. I want to assure you that there is some flexibility with the term sign up… I understand life can be unpredictable, so there is potential to switch your class within the same week. Alternatively, you can bring a friend along to make up for a missed session. And just so you know, I have all the equipment needed, but if you prefer to use your own that's all good. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to ask.
I thought this was a good opportunity, whether you joined last term or are contemplating joining this time around, to get a glimpse or reminisce into what was explored in the last 10 classes. Take a look, we really do move our bodies in all the ways! And no two classes are the same!
- Ankle mobility and strength, a leg and hip day - strength and stretches.
- Thoracic spine health - 360° breath, movement in all directions and neck care.
- Sun Salutations - a full-body exploration and endurance.
- Somatics of the scapular, shoulders, and neck - enhancing awareness.
- Deconstructed Crow - focusing on wrists, folds, core, and shoulder stability.
- At the wall - full-body tension, core work, and twisting.
- Hip Stability, static and dynamic balance, single-leg training.
- Achilles tendon health, self massage, hamstring strength, and stretching.
- Back bends and neck love - core awareness, range of comfort and strengthening.
- Rotational core work, active/passive twisting and intra-abdominal pressure.
Last term I received specific requests for at least four of the classes offered. Your input and preferences are invaluable, so please share your thoughts on what you'd like to see in our upcoming sessions.
