Loved creating this custom Xmas tree platter today.
French brie, cumin Gouda, smoked Harvarti, almond and cranberry cream cheese, pancetta, boysenberries, whiskey orange glazed pecans, pistachios, pretzel stars, ginger cream biscuits all the flavours of christmas and all the trimmings to finish it off.
