A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacist Dispensary Manager to join a very progressive independent pharmacy in the central Bay of Plenty town of Rotorua. Te Ngae Pharmacy is a very busy community pharmacy with close ties to local medical centres and community.

This is a full-time position.

The successful applicant will need to be, highly self motivated, enthusiastic, friendly, well-groomed, have excellent people skills and a passion for their chosen career.

The Dispensary Manager role will require you to oversee the dispensary operation and staff. The dispensary team consists of full time owner pharmacist, and two dispensary technicians. The retail staff consist of a retail manager and senior sales assistant.

We provide a wide variety of services; MUR, INR testing, Blood pressure monitoring, a depot service, ECP, Trimethoprim consultations, GOUT education services, compliance packaging, LTC services and so on. The ideal candidate will be qualified for these services, if not we are happy to assist you in gaining the appropriate accreditation; with all fees paid for.

You will have exposure to a wide variety of community pharmacy services.

Rotorua is the Bay of Plenty's best kept secret! The city is vibrant with great bars, café's, restaurants and shops. It has everything the bigger centres offer and so much more! Living costs are very low with plenty of great accommodation to suit all requirements. Its central location also makes it a perfect base to explore the region and spend weekends away. Tauranga, Taupo, and Whakatane are all only a short 40 minutes drive away, with Auckland an easy 2.5 hours drive away.
