Are you consuming deadly foods?

Glyphosate is an herbicide commonly used in farming conventional produce, especially genetically modified plants.

Despite its link to cancer, it’s highly sprayed on foods like almonds, apples, asparagus, and corn.

So what can you do?

Consume organic produce whenever possible and stay on top of which items are more highly sprayed than others.

Aoraki Mount Cook Transformed into a Winter Wonderland

Aoraki Mount Cook, New Zealand’s highest peak, is blanketed in a thick layer of snow after an unseasonably large spring snowfall swept across the South Island. The dramatic mountain stands gleaming white under clear skies, creating breathtaking alpine scenery along State Highway 80 toward Mount Cook Village.

This rare spring snowfall has turned the entire Mackenzie Basin into a scene more reminiscent of mid-winter, delighting photographers and travellers alike. Roads have remained open but icy conditions continue to challenge drivers heading into the national park. As the snow gradually melts, it feeds the turquoise glacial lakes below — Tekapo, Pukaki, and Ōhau — enhancing their vivid colour and reminding us of the raw power of New Zealand’s alpine climate.
