Kia Ora koutou, i hope you are all keeping warm & well on this makariri day here in Tai Tokerau. Im needing to dose myself with some lemon, honey, garlic n ginger today to keep the colds away and immune system strong n healthy. Im interested to know what you do to keep in balance, whether it be tinana (physical) hinengaro (emotional) wairua (spiritual) whanau (family)

With Covid-19 still around, it’s important that we take care of all these perspectives in our lives. This will help our overall well being, not just for ourselves but everyone we cross paths with in our day to day lives.

I'm excited to share with you, all is well to open 'Maa te Aroha' and get some 'feel good vibes' going on.
Only a few small changes which will effect you, as I've always ensured a hygiene friendly space. There will be the use of hand sanitiser and if you don't like to use that, the 20 second rule will apply for hand washing on entering the Lakehouse. Your name and contact details will be recorded for contact tracing purposes only and all other details will remain confidential. Please read notices on your way in.
Just one person per booking unless prior arrangement is made. I have reduced the amount of appointments in a day to allow for extra sanitising of surfaces including the removal and cleaning of used linen.

Aata maarie koutou, I have 2 spaces to fill tomorrow. 11am and 1.30pm. Also introducing some tender loving care for those tired, aching feet👣i have Foot Reflexology. Be perfect for that 'lunchtime retreat' or quick break from work 40 minutes includes aromatherapy foot soak, foot reflexology and massage of lower legs.
