Hello All,

At the end of March Rachele has decided to finish teaching Yoga at the Lakehouse Studio, so she can focus on a new business venture.
While we are upset to see Rachele go we are happy she is following her calling and wish her the absolute best for the future.

We will reimburse any outstanding concession cards.

SPECIAL Yin & Yoga nidra class this coming Tuesday, with Julie.
In Yin Yoga, we work with the superficial and deep layers of our connective tissues, the fascia. With only floor based poses, this practice welcome everybody. We will follow this practice with Yoga nidra, also known as the Yogic sleep, to tap deeply into our parasympathetic system and experience this profound and beautiful healing practice 🧡
