My Passion
My health journey began by discovering Young Living essential oils that connected me to a whole world of knowledge and people who inspired me towards natural health. I followed the leadings of my heart to study Naturopathy and I recently completed my studies with NCNZ to become a qualified Naturopath.
My desire is to promote natural solutions for individuals and families so that we can experience abundant health, raise healthy and strong children, and shift the culture of our communities towards more natural and planet friendly solutions. This includes using essential oils and natural remedies for health, eating a predominantly plant based diet and maintaining a positive lifestyle of love, joy and peace!
So join me on my journey of spreading health and wellness. Book in a Naturopathic consult or an indulgent raindrop essential oil massage, or keep an eye out for a juice cleanse or 21 day raw food challenge from time to time.
