I’ve been soaking in the joy of reconnecting with you all — and with each massage, I’m reminded how deeply I love this path of bodywork.
After every session, I take a quiet moment to reflect, and I can feel the shift — my hands listening more, my intuition deepening, my heart opening wider to the rhythm of each breath, each story held within the body.

What I cherish most about massage and holistic pulsing is the gentle space it opens , a sacred pause where two worlds meet, breathe, soften and deepen in together. It is a gift to walk beside you in this tender place of simply being, and I hold deep gratitude for every moment shared.

Hello beautiful ladies,

Doesn’t time fly? I was sitting here reflecting on the year and realised it’s been a while since I’ve checked in with you all. I’ve been doing well — busy like most of you — and now that the winter fog is finally lifting, I’m feeling excited for longer days and that beautiful sun on my face.

During my reflecting, I was reminded of how much I need bodywork in my life. It’s not just about the practice itself — it’s about the beautiful connections I get to make and the incredible network of therapists and bodyworkers I’m surrounded by. We support each other, check in, and share feedback, and that fills my cup.

It has been a little while since I’ve practiced, and when I realised how long it’s been, I thought, “Right — let’s do something about that!”

So, this Saturday I’d love to invite you to spend some time on my table. I have two appointments available: 11 AM and 1 PM.

Evening beautiful ladies! It feels like ages, doesn't it? Time truly flies. I'm already three months into my new role, and it's been quite the journey of learning and self-discovery. I challenged myself to see how I've evolved in handling challenges, and I've realized I'm much more present, making decisions and communicating from a place of response rather than reaction. Still a work in progress, of course!

But I've been missing massage and the connection I share with you all. So, I've decided to reconnect tomorrow and offer some massage sessions. I'm opening up slots at my Seddon office at 1pm and 3pm. If you're interested in booking a session, send me a private message or text at 022 123 5229.

Hello beautiful ladies,

I hope this message finds you all radiant and thriving. It has taken me some time to gather my thoughts and muster the courage to share this with you, but I want to be transparent about an important change in my life. I have decided to take a significant step back from Body Trace. As many of you know, I have personal goals that have been calling out to me ,a voice I can no longer ignore. It’s essential for me to embark on this journey for myself and my growth.

Starting in January, I will be taking on a new chapter as I step into a permanent role as a team leader in a community home. While I am excited about this opportunity, it also means that I will be closing my home office. However, I want to stay connected with you, so I will be offering appointments once a month at 15 Farmar Street, with the exact dates to be confirmed. My last official day with Body Trace will be January 4th, but I still have availability on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th if you would like to schedule an appointment.

I cannot express enough gratitude for each and every one of you. Your support, encouragement, and kind words have meant the world to me, keeping me grounded and inspired throughout this journey. This is not a farewell; rather, let's consider it a sabbatical. I fully intend to return, and until then, I will carry the love we’ve shared in my heart.
