I don’t talk about this often, but it sits at the core of everything I do:
I am a water alchemist.
A water priestess.
A water weaver.
Water has been one of my greatest teachers long before I understood why I was so drawn to it.
As a child I spent hours underwater, holding my breath, floating, diving, listening to the world disappear into stillness.
I didn’t know it then, but water was already training me… regulating my nervous system… showing me how to move energy… how to listen… how to soften… how to trust what I felt.
Over the years, that relationship has only deepened.
Water speaks.
Water holds memory.
Water clears what we cannot carry.
Water restores what we’ve forgotten.
Water reveals truth gently, but directly.
My work with Sentaura®, with energy, with embodiment, with healing… it all comes through the same doorway:
the intelligence of water.
Water teaches flow.
It teaches harmony.
It teaches surrender and strength at the same time.
When I guide someone through healing, recalibration, or activation, I’m not just “doing energy work.”
I’m working with the elements and water is always present.
Flowing through the field.
Clearing the noise.
Re-patterning the emotional body.
Opening the intuitive channel.
Softening the places that have gone rigid from too much holding, too much doing, too much surviving.
This is why water is woven into everything I offer from breathwork to Sentaura transmissions, from retreat ceremonies to the way I teach women to reconnect with their own inner guidance.
Water doesn’t force.
It invites.
It reveals.
It transforms.
