Inform Physiotherapy & Pilates InForm Physio has 3 locations in the Upper Hutt region. Specialising in the McKenzie method & Clinical Pilates.

Providing assessment and treatment of back, neck & extremity pain, sports injuries, Pelvic Health Physiotherapy & Breathing pattern disorders. Inform Physiotherapy & Pilates is a multidisciplinary clinic, meaning we have a number of different professions all under the one roof. We provide an integrated approach to ensure you get the best form of treatment to achieve your goals of returning to sport, work and getting more from life! Inform Physio utilises the McKenzie Method of assessment and treatment in managing injuries from acute to chronic back pain, recurrent injuries, work related injuries and sports injuries. Our aim is to demonstrate to you how you can treat yourself to get over injuries and manage your condition. Everyone and every injury is different and so we specifically assess you and give you specific individualised exercises to manage your complaint. We do not use electro modalities such as Ultrasound as we do not believe that this modality does anything for you - instead we address your underlying problem and show you how you can treat yourself! Inform Physiotherapy is affiliated with Wellington Sports Medicine and so we have the ability to ensure you get the best possible treatment and if we are unable to assist then we will refer you through to the experts for further investigations. Inform Physiotherapy are proud sponsors of Upper Hutt RFC, St Pats Silverstream 1st XV and 1st XI as well as Hutt International Boys School. Inform Physiotherapy is one of 5 clinics throughout New Zealand Certified by the McKenzie Institute International.

Meet Renee! one of our new Physiotherapists 🫁👂🧠

Originally from Dunedin, Renee has 10+ years’ experience across NZ & the UK.

Since returning from having kids, Renee works primarily in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy.
