Nelson Tasman Hospice is proud to announce the Yondi Foundation as the Naming Rights Sponsor for the 2026 Hands Up for Hospice campaign, marking a significant and meaningful partnership grounded in a shared commitment to community care.

Yondi Foundation has already made a powerful impact in the Nelson Tasman region through its support of hospice initiatives, including its involvement in Dancing for a Cause. The biennial event has become one of the region’s most successful fundraisers, raising over $1.4 million for free hospice care in the Nelson Tasman region since it began, including a record-breaking $670,000 in 2025.

Did you know that our Nelson Tasman Hospice education team offered 61 different workshops to 935 attendees last year?

Here is the latest cohort of graduates of the Palliative Care for Caregivers workshop for Health Care Assistants, Support Workers & Caregivers working in rest homes and community homes. These students were presented with their Hospice New Zealand certificates on Friday - and proudly raised their Hands Up for Hospice!
