Some days there are moments where we need to take a breath, calm our farm (so to speak) and check in with ourselves. Life can bring a lot of daily stresses and I see that a lot within my job. We will all have stresses in our lives but it's how we work with it that matters... And sometimes... You just need a bit of a helping hand. Along with breath work, there are some goodies that can help calm the nervous system and get your body away from the flight or fight mode.

Nell is available Monday to Friday each week and every second Saturday. Lawrence Prior Offers; Personal counselling, Psycho-synthesis counselling, Anger management, Pre-mediation counselling and Child Centered Play Therapy. Lawrence is available Fridays in clinic. Holly Blake offers; Relaxation massage. 30min and 60min sessions. She is available on Saturdays in clinic. Appointments are necessary.
