We are not a massage and ultrasound type of clinic, focusing more on active physiotherapy techniques such as; exercise rehabilitation, self management and a few proven hands on techniques, to aid you in your recovery and for your performance gains. Given our approach is a little different to Physiotherapy you may have had in the past, we offer your first assessment with us at no cost to you (ON HOLD WHILE WE ARE IN COVID LEVELS). Our Physiotherapist is fully ACC registered and can help you with any injuries caused by an accident. We do require a co-payment, but the majority of the cost is covered by ACC.

Our office for today: The road trip begins.

After a solid win last weekend, the lads are back at it — this time on the road for our first away game of the season. We take on Waimea, a tough outfit who will test us right across the park.

The Collingwood Rugby Club NZ boys are building nicely, but we know it’ll take a full 80-minute effort to get the job done today.

Kick off is at 13:15 at Jubilee Park, Richmond.

Our office for today: It’s been a while coming but we are back at the home of Black & Gold.

After a year away, we’re finally back on home soil and ready to let rip. Today Collingwood Rugby Club NZ take on Marist Rugby Club from Nelson in what’s shaping up to be a tough contest — but with a fresh look squad and Steve “Stiffy” Strange and Shawn “Beggy” Begg at the helm, it’s set to be an absolute cracker.

Kick off is at 13:15 (1.15pm) — don’t miss it.

If you are a true blue Collingwood rugby supporter, or just a fan of Golden Bay sport, get down to the Collingwood Rugby Grounds and make some noise for our lads in Black & Gold!

With the weather warning in place, and no current phone communications available at the clinic, we are going to be closed this afternoon.

Michelle will be in touch with our afternoon patients to ensure you get rebooked as soon as practical - once we have a phone line or cellphone signal.

Today’s Office

Despite the forecast and persistent rain, today has us side line at Golden Bay Rec Park for the GBAFC Mussel Inn Masters tournament.

Today sees the super stars of New Zealand Masters Football descend on Golden Bay (like the liquid sunshine itself) for a weekend of fun, frivolity, festival & football.

With a kick off today at 13:00 (1pm), if you are a football fan, or just keen to show some support to our awesome local football club, come along, grab a bite to eat at the food carts, and make some noise for the lads and lassies putting on a show with Futsal in the stadium!

If you are here to play, we are fundraising for GBAFC with pre-game strapping, warm-up & cool-down massages for $10 each (all proceeds to GBAFC) - cash or banking app.

Who will take bragging rights today? Make sure you come and support our Golden Bay athletes!

Different one for us today, here to support a big roll-out of Country Vs Town with Tasman Community Rugby.

The best of the best in our region’s Senior B players are here today for an end of season hit out….. and some last minute bragging rights.

Great to see players from Collingwood, Takaka and the other rural clubs here to put on a great show for Country.

So if you love rugby or want to support some of our Golden Bay Athletes, get on down to Wanderers Sport grounds in Brightwater for a 13:15 (1.15pm) kick off!
