Last week I had another great course with the Barral Institute New Zealand. Often I spend some time reflecting on the newly learned skills and approach, and on how this fits into Structural Integration.

These courses add another layer of depth to these sessions, it gives me more tools to assess and evaluate. It helps me to understand and bring into my sessions the relationships between the different systems, musculoskeletal, visceral and nervous systems. All contributing to achieving better outcomes for my clients.

Later this week sees another trip into Christchurch for more training with Barral Institute New Zealand. This time the focus is going to be on assessment and evaluation.
