Back-to-school season means busy days for everyone - kids, parents, and even teachers need a lunch that keeps them going

Our first new baby for 2026! 🤍

I had the privilege of adjusting this lovely mum throughout her pregnancy, so my gift to the family was a home visit to adjust both mum and baby. Why?
To make sure they both came through the birth well.

Meet baby Kawhia and her beautiful mum, Katerina. I visited them on Saturday, January 3rd, when Kawhia was just 4 days old. After her birth, Kawhia was favouring turning her head to the right, which was making feeding more difficult. With some gentle cranial release, she’s now turning both ways - making feeding and sleeping much easier.

We’re not meant to have favourites… but babies, new mothers, and expecting mothers are definitely my favourite clients to care for.

Being part of a family’s journey from the very beginning makes health and wellness feel natural and supported.
I’m so looking forward to caring for this beautiful family, watching Kawhia grow and welcoming many more families in 2026!

When this area becomes stiff or overloaded (screens, desks and backpacks 😅), the body often compensates. This can show up as:⁠

🪷 Forward head posture⁠
🪷 Tight neck or upper back⁠
