An inspiring and enriching time was spent at The Baton House during the Art and Yuan Qigong Retreat. With a full group of eight participants, we explored our connection to Nature and the Universe through the teachings of Ren Xue and the practice of Yuan Gong. These insights were deepened and expressed through creative art exploration.
The venue added a powerful third element to the experience—a wonderful resident host and caterer who not only nourished us with delicious meals but also shared fascinating historical stories.
Set in a secluded valley bordering a National Park, the natural surroundings played a vital role in supporting and elevating the retreat.
